R32 5 lug setup

I have the opportunity to buy the R32 4 piston setup (hubs/spindles etc...). My question is whether the 4 piston caliper is the same as the 300zx TT, and whether the rotor size is the same. Just checking on brake pad and rotor availablity. Thanks in advance.
