First off, I have a 91 240SXI know that the rear R&P is a R200 with a 4.08 ratio. I also know that there are a couple different ratios available from Nismo ( 4.36 & 4.63 ) but the thought of spending $400 - $500 for a new one sucks to me. I want to change my R&P out for something steeper and was told that there were certain 4x4 Nissan trucks that used a 4.36 ratio R200 R&P in the front diff. Is there anyone that can tell me which year's & models of Nissan truck I need to look for to get the R&P out of ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Dont know about the trucks R&P, but you dont just change final drives without weighing the consequences. It takes a certain degree of power to turn these things; while cruising on the highway at 80 mph @ 1500 rpms sounds good, you need to realize that on ramp is gonna get you killed.Just throwing that out there for your consideration.

My car is a track only car so that's not a concern. My engine generally runs from 3500rpm to rev-limiter when it's being run..... just want a little better " off corner "acceleration .
