R230 Z32 dff or internal swap for S14 R200

I have searched around and according to the tech articles by swapping internals from the r230 to the case of the r200 with different output shafts would work.

What axles? And I found this: http://www.abouttimespares.com...13025 which is the same part number as the S14 pinion number from here: http://www.mynismo.com/product...=more which is out of stock. Same part # = same part correct? Oh and cheaper.

My main question is, would this part work if I just swapped it in my R200 S14 open rear end. I am asking this because I want to use it in conjunction with a VH45DE engine and Z32 transmission.
