R200 Rear Diff.

My Skylines rear diff. is leaking and I was planning on buying the Greedy diff. cover but it says it only works if I had a R200 LSD. Now I know I probably sound stupid but I don't know what the R200 diff. is. Does it come in the GTR R32 Skylines have one in it or what are they?

R200 is a series of differentials nissan has used for YEARS

i am relatively certain the R32 has a R200 diff but not 100%, so wait for more verification

why change?iirc the gt-r rear cover already holds more oil than the std r200 rear cover and even then off the top of my head the gtr uses a r230.

because it has "Greddy" label on it.

no really, just use RTV to reseals the cover, while you have it open shim it to stiffen/refreshen the VLSD.---some info---R160 - Originally came in 510s, Subarus. Lighter weight than stock Z diffR180 - Came in 240, 260, 77-78 280Z automatic, and 280ZX automatic, among others. Also in the new WRX STiR190 - Nissan Comp diff used in early 70's race cars and 432R's. I was also looking for a a set of OEM injectors and seals for my 32. Does any one know where I can get them.

ok im gonna do this again but wah wah wah will some one hold my hand because i dont want to look at the EFFIN blatantly obvious parts thread at the top of the page.imho you shouldnt own a car if you dont know tech info about it especialy when it was never available in the states.
