Hey guys, in process of building an RB25/26 240z and for this project I need an R200 diff and transaxles. I am going to a guy who is parting out 2 280zx's to pick up these parts. Not sure of the condition of the differential but assuming they are in good condition for being used how much should I expect to pay/offer for the parts? I have absolutely no idea what something like this would cost and so far my google searches are yeilding no productive results. Will continue to search but thought I might as well ask you guys. Going in two days, so any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Collin

The long nose R200 open doesn't have much value unless it's a rare gear ratio like form the 200sx, anywhere from free to $200. I'd skip the s130 "cv's" (or axles but certainly not "transaxles")and go for the z31 cv's. Then you can save you pennies for a CLSD.

I wouldn't pay more than $20 for an open diff R200. I actually have 3 shelved in my garage. :D Most junk yards charge $50-$100 for differentials. And if you are getting half shafts... they're only worth their weight in metal. MAYBE $100 for CV shafts.
