r20 help

i put a 10lb T on my rb20 and it didn't build boost for **** so i put it back to the stock configuration and now it dosent build boost for **** until like 6thousand RPM;s'if it does and when it does build(at high RPM's)it dumps and pulls hard as hell

I dunno, but it ain't Polish or Japanese. Jiberish maybe?

Seroiusly dude, what's a "10lb T" and a "s'if"?
