Hey guys so after ordering my exhaust and test pipes (about a grand total), my drivers side window motor decided to die which i knew would happen eventually after it started getting weaker over the last year. In the past i have had to replace the passenger window motor but it was covered under warranty. The driver's side will be done with Nico's DIY.

The worst part about the weekend is that my clutch started to slip yesterday, this is going to be a very hefty repair bill, i was quoted 400 to install the clutch if i can find one. Is there any clutches that you guys would recommend?

all depends on what you're able to tolerate. Most of the aftermarket systems will be much louder if you decide to change the flywheel as well. If you're going just clutch, then the entry level Exedy and ACT are good ones from what I've read with G35 drivers and I've had with a 240sx. If you're looking performance wise, for the price the JWT setup may be one of the best. I'm pretty sure you can get both clutch and flywheel for $750 shipped...

What's in the box?

It completely changes the way the thing revs and runs. Best single upgrade I've done to the car. I picked mine up from FRSport, no hassles on the transaction or shipping and they're one of NICO's sponsors.

A lightweight flywheel is a lot like a going out with a girl that's great in bed but talks too much...the benefits are great as long as you can put up with the chatter. ;)

how much did it run you? I've been looking at the JWT clutch and flywheel combo

The clutch and flywheel combo (including a new pressure plate) runs right around $1K, I got it when FRSport was having a special and I think I paid around $900. The JWT set is good too, Soup runs that setup and he seems pretty happy with it. The JWT flywheel is lighter, so you'll have to put up with a little more chatter...but on the plus side it's a little cheaper than the Exedy setup and it will rev a little quicker.

Whatever you do, once you start getting some clutch work done be sure to get the pivot ball upgraded, stock ones are known to break (look at Hitman's post in my "What's in the box thread") over time and under fairly normal conditions, upgrading to the cro-moly pivot ball is cheap insurance.

where do i get the cro-moly pivot ball?
I cannot seem to find an 07-08 HR pivot ball,
most sites say 03 or 04-06
