R.I.P VERSA

SOrry to tell you guys this but the 07 Versa has recently been to totalled. Some idiot didnt see my gf when she was sitting still on the left lane to turn left and he hit her with his F150 on the passenger side..thankfully she is ok. No injuries but her brother that was on the passenger side just had to go to the ER for a check up..turned out just to be a pinched nerve. 10K worth of damage..so the insurance company just wanted to total it since its not even worth 10K. I dont think shes going back to getting a Versa but the car was great to us and awesome with the mods. She will try to convince the insurance company to get the mods including the lowering springs, fujita intake, and strut bar and her 15s. This totally breaks both our hearts..ive never heard her cry so much lol..

Very sorry to hear about it, but very glad everyone is roughly OK. Pinched nerves are no joke. If you can get all the items off the car, toss them up in the for sale section. they are nice stuff.

What damage did it take? Looks like both doors and the airbags. I've heard when the airbags go most insurance companies scrap the car.

You should find out what the insurance company wants for the car.

On a good note, some of us would love to get your Fujita Intake and Strut Bar! If you can post those bad boys up. Maybe you can get some money for new mods to her new car!

When you said 10k of damage, I pictured worse. If the frame's not bent, it looks like you could just replace the doors and whatever else was damaged. I'd say that car held up considering a f-150 hit it...

good news my gf is taking off her Fujita intake right now and strut bar. i dont think the springs will be for sale since they are gonna charge her to take it off.

shes a beast shes out at Collex with tools taking off the bumper to take off the intake...

Glad to hear no one was hurt.

From taking a hit from an F-150 it doesn't look that bad. I'm surprised they totalled it, is it because the air bags deployed?

Here the insurance would have probably fixed it. The car has to be pretty mangled up to be considered 'totalled'.
