Qxxx4's 99.5 QX4, some snow slidin fun! (Video Link)

hey guys! So we got hit with another FOOT of snow today, so as i parked at the subway station today to go shopping with my friend, I asked him to take a video of my truck. I wasnt able to get much speed in the white stuff cuz it was FRESH and i kept getting stuck on 2WD, so i switched the 4WD on and heres the video. Despite all the snow I had a real hard time getting it to slide with the 4wd on, its a great system. I practise alot on side streets doing slides and tailfishing, but all this snow was just tooo much. I wish you guys could see me on the streets, i am PRO, I can make this thing slide on a 45 degree angle for an entire block with RWD only on slushy snow. I am the master. LOL enjoy anyways, was kinda far but u can make it out. LOVE the white stuff! but i do miss summer!

Damn. Sometimes, I REALLY miss snow. By the way, speed it up! You coulda had a lot more fun! And your friend needs to learn to work the zoom button. It's not hard.

FWIW, I learned to drive in snow. Licensed at 15 in beginning of Jan, where all but the most heavily traveled roads had 1" of ice on them. God that was fun!

No, you don't miss snow, you only think you do.

True, I was out in it having a bit of fun as well, but really, enough is enough.

Also, if it was a digital camera doing the movie, which I suspect it was, you can't zoom in and out while recording. Well, some might, but unfortunately the majority don't.

(I learned to drive up here in Ontario as well, but on a 454 Impala, never seen so many FWD Honda's stuck, wonder what they learned to drive on)

LOL yeah it was a digital cam. I learned on a 1986 cougar, rwd. i miss that thing LOL. As for the speed i was trying but there was so much snow my tires didnt get any traction.

This snow is rediculous though, i dont know where its all going to go. walking downtown yesterday ice and snow was blowing in my face, felt like something out of a movie it was crazy. I really miss warm weather!!!
