Qx80 headlight HID bulb access

hi, 2014 qx80.... need to change the d2s to a 6000K and a wondering how to access the bulb..it's mighty tight there....i can get my hands in there for the turn signal bulb and the 'DRL' bulb, which i'm changing to LED but...

Do i need to take the fender well covers off to access it or ...take down the bumpers to get to it ?

can someone post a repair manual diagram of the access to main bulbs ?

yes you will have to remove the fender to gain access to the xenon lamp.

ok... thought so... are the push in tabs resizable ? looks like the fender cover may be a two piece part ? so i can just remove the front portion of it ?

IIRC the wheel well finisher is indeed two parts....

you may be able to just pull the flap back enough to get in there...
