I also have a 2011. Received the notice, made an appointment with the dealer, made the 45 minute drive, only to be told the "extended" warranty already expired. When the suit was 1st filed in 2017, we were included, but since it only got resolved in 2020, our extended warranty already expired. It's absolutely non nonsensical. We couldn't submit a claim because there was no warranty, and by the time they approved the extended warranty, ours had already expired. I actually spoke to someone at the law firm and he was going to get in touch with the Infiniti lawyers about this technicality but I'm assuming we're just screwed. Our only hope is that there are enough owners with 2011's & 2012's with "in service" dates before Feb of 2012, that team up and contact either the law firm or Infiniti. It's obvious that our vehicles suffer from the same issue as the ones that haven't expired.
