Hey there im new on here but maybe i can be of some help as i see no one has replied yet n I own a 02 Pathfinder n wanted to get 18" rims off a Titan as well but im not sure if the lug pattern is the same so maybe we'll be helping each other out here. My truck currently has the stock 16" rims with 245/70/16 rubber. The first thing i would do is measure the overall height & width of ur factory wheel n tire on the truck n remember the measurements. Next, consider that ur mounting a rim that is 2" taller so u will need to subtract those 2 inches off the height of ur new tires so it'll fit in your wheelbase area. I would prob use the factory width the QX56 rims require which i dont know myself but im sure its between 265-285/95 etc. but just reduce the tire height to prob a 50 or 55 profile. The 2nd # on a tire size(Height), is usually the percentage of the tires' width so thats the reason why the tires u wanna use are too tall since theyre prob a 65,70, or 75 profile. Hope this helps but maybe u should get a few more opinions from someone who knows more about tire dimensions & just remember that generally the tires' height(profile) u want,(which is smaller #), is usually the percentage of the tires width(1st & bigger # in tire size). My guess is u should consider a tire size more or less of 265/50/18, 265/55/18, 255/60/18, 255/55/18, or 275/50/18, etc. Hope this helps you out. If you end up mounting them please post up a pic to see how the truck looks w/the new wheels. If u have any other ?s just post them up n hopefully i can help. Thanks n happy trails!
