qx56 oil filter change

Sorry this is so newbie, but, want to service my qx56. Oil filter seems very difficult to access. Are there any guidelines or advice about changing the oil filter, and other related tips.

I wonder, do they make it so hard, just so you have to bring your car in to infinity?
