qx4 water ford

Question - got a 01 Qx4 4x4. Used to have a 96 blazer 4.3l (like a rock). To my suprise, this qx4 kicks the blazers arse offroad (with less maintenance too!!!). The thing I want to know is, how much water can I safely ford with the Q. I've been in water up to my headlights in the blazer with no problems (besides bearings and balljoints wearing out a lot quicker). The blazer intake is also up on top of the engine, unlike the Qs which i believe is lower infront of the DS wheel well. I'm not a hardcore offroad guru (I wouldn't have a Q if I was), but I do hunt and clay muddy washed out roads are prevelant out here in mid missouri. Just this past weekend I had the Q up to its hubs in mud/water.

yea, i saw that - but I've seen a lot of crap like that on youtube, probably not the best thing for the Q since the intake is pretty low.
