We're getting close to buying a 2001 or 2002 QX4. I haven't figured out yet what all comes with what some dealerships refer to as the "sport package". Does the upgrade include heated seats, 17" wheels and ... what else? Frankly it seems pretty helter skelter to me, but here in Minnesota the heated seats are a life (or at least butt)-saving amenity. So we want those. Also, is there any significant difference between the 2001 and newer QXs?

maybe heated steering wheel too? Radar cruise control?

I have 02 QX4 brochure that does not say the heated steering wheel is an option. I know the 02 has different radio/CD changer. Don't know the 01 CD changer but my 02 changer only takes about 10 seconds to change the play between any two CDs. My 96 Maxima took about 20 seconds. The steering wheel mounted control switches are a little different.

I only see minor changes from 01 to 02 even to 03.
