QX4 Rear License Plate Holder removeable?

I need a new one, my bolts are rusted through and I cant remove the light covers, How the F do i take this thing off? Id like to see whats going on under there. I dont want to remove the interior paneling unless completely necessary

found an article with fueler telling us how to remove the back panelling, i think I will do that it should give me access to the plate lights bolts, maybe I can get some penetrating oil behind there. Gonna try this weekend if I have time!
