QX4 powertrain swap?

Just wondering.

I had recently wrecked mine. The body (frame) is damaged. Particularly the front. The left passenger side of my truck hit another car and it flipped and the top is damaged as well. Before that, it hit a sign post on the divider at 50 mph and the front end got damaged. The body, frame essentially.

Ive been searching for new vehicles including the QX4s and came across this one.

So, was wonering;

1) As it flipped over, and hit that side post as well, is it a done deal? I am thinking the powertrain should still be good shape.
2) Would it be possible to do a major components/parts swap? If I could get that truck above for 4k and put in some more for labor, would anybody do it? Wondering here. Would it be worth it?
