qx4 power window problem

When I use the one touch button to roll up the windows on my qx4, the window closes at the top and then immediately rolls down 4 inches from the top. The window will roll up if I hold the button the entire time and do not use the "auto" feature. Any reasons why this is? -The window rolls down fine with the auto one touch button.
