Qx4/Pathfinder Wheels

Hey everybody, I'm New to this forum!
I'm trying to replace the old Dated rims on my 01 Qx4
I came across a set of oem Frontier wheels that are 6 lug and have a center Bore of 106.1 and the offset is 30
I'm wondering if anyone knows if these will bolt onto my truck? This will be helpful because I'm sure most people want to replace these outdated 3 spoke rims...
