All comes down to your purpose and whether or not your SUV really does come with 4x4 or not.

If you're the type of person to hit the trails and/or have 4x4 capabilities, then Offroading tires is the way to go.

Otherwise, a 2WD is suitable with having fat rims with lowpros.

I just purchased an 01' QX4 4x4 Black on Black. I love it, but I have to make it my own. I had decided to tint it down, add 22's or 24's, and Brush Guards. But after finding this site, I'm kinda up for ideas. I feel like a Pathfinder would good either way, but would the Infiniti (being the classier/ luxury version) look silly with Offroad Accesories?

I will keep it clean and on the pavement either way!! Lol!

I would like to see some pics, or hear about QX4's out there, to see what people think!!

Yes, I think it would look silly with 22's or 24's and offroad accessories.

No, I don't think it would look silly with 22's or 24's and all blacked out.

No, I don't think it would look silly lowered and all blacked out.

No, I don't think it would look silly with larger (offroad) tires, a lift and offroad accessories.

Just my opinions though...

Big wheels wont fit well unless you trim alot. I personally like the big tire small wheel combo on my rig. Running 35x12.5x16 Nitto Trail Grappler MT's on a 16x8 MB wheel with some offset. I just think it makes the truck look beefy personally

Well I have a brush guard on my qx4 and I will lift it 2 inches when I can afford to. Mine's 4x4 but I don't go offroading. I just like the look.
