QX4 OBD II code P1148 and P1168

I am getting P1148 and P 1168 Closed Loop Bank 1 and Bank 2. I have replaced both after cat sensors and took the car to the dealer to have the ECM flashed and updated. Dealer said this should solve the problem. Quess what - it didn't. Does any one in Nissan land know anyhting about these two codes, what they mean? - how to solve the problem? I have cleared the codes and and drove the vehicle. The codes do not appear right away. It usually takes about 30 to 50 miles before the service soon light comes on.
