QX4 engine module control

Dear All ,

I have big problem in my vehicle QX4 2001 , the issue is the engine can not start because ECU (has been checked by technician ) (Part No # 23714-4w001 ), I want replaced with used one but I can't fined here in Qatar State ,

I need your assistant to help me find this part and want to ordered online , any Help Please
