QX4 Dashboard Lights out: What bulbs and how to change?

I have a few lights out on my dashboard that are bothering me on a "new" car to me.It's a 98 QX4.

What type of bulbs and where should I get them? I read somewhere that it's the whole switch that has to be changed, is this true?

Is a tutorial or a step by step posted to take apart the dashboard without hurting stuff?
