Is it the same clock spring for infiniti qx4 97 and q45 2000 i did search i did not found what i looking for so can any one help me

ill be willing to be that they are not the same. I know for a fact that g35 sedan and coupe are not the same and they look exactly the same and all the plugs fit. but causes the radio and cruise to not function properly.
