my brake lights wont turn off on my 99 Qx4. please help!

The quickest and easiest is to check if the brake fluid level is too low.The next thing to check is the brake switch behind the brake padel, very unlikely it is out of adjustment or bad.

i think he means rear brake lights, not e-brake light on dash...

check the microwswitch underneath the brake pedal. It's likely stuck in closed position.
