QX4 audio help

I have a 2001 Infiniti QX4 that really wants some subwoofers in the back. I bought a 2008 Panasonic CQ headunit single din for $200 at Circuit City two years ago. My local car audio place said they will charge $100 to install it, including parts. Is this a good deal? The parts that I will need are:Pocket: $12 on ebay including harnesses and cablesInterface Adapter: $38 on Crutchfield.

That car audio place also said that they can sell me two 12" JL W1 Subs for $280, and a $200 JL amp. I know nothing about subs, and was wondering if this was a good deal or could I get something better? Im planning to put these subs in a $125 sealed box built for the QX4/Pathinder from ebay.

100 including parts is about average for a deck install at most places.
