qustion about checks

alright does anyone know if i can leagly sign a check over to someone? like if i get a check from bob to me, then i want to sign it over to my brother, how would i do that? (basicly i want it so he can cash it)

I think if you sign it, then he signs it below your name, he can cash it. Before I had any bank accounts, I would sign my checks and my dad would sign below my name, and cash it for me (I think-been a while).

Sign the back and it's free reign over the check. Just do that and he can cash it.

I never had to worry about that since my dad and I have the same name. Check and CREDIT cards are so easy to use. lol
