IMO, this is the best route to get precisely what you want. I LOVE my Circuit Sport dual tip exhaust. It's nice, quiet and subtle, but also discontinued. The only problem that I have with it is that is hangs too low. That's one problem with the aftermarket exhausts: ya never really know how low it's gonna hang and if it's gonna scrape on everything when you get low.
So aside from a few exceptions that are known to have nice tucked-up fitment (like BRM, Powered By Max and a few others), having a custom one built to tuck up close is a good idea.
My first exhaust was custom. It tucked up great, but I didn't really know what to watch out for, so they ended up doing a hack job. It was 2.5 inch piping with no resonators or silencers. Loud as all hell. The idiots welded my downpipe, cat and exhaust together so when I finally pulled the leaky bastard off, it had to all come out as one piece!
