Spoken like a true race from a roll person. Its all about the time. The mph means nothing. Last time I checked NHRA, IHRA , all the other drag racing sanctioning bodies award the win to the car with the quickest ET, not the highest MPH.
On the street , from a dig , how I street race , the car that hooks and goes, gets to the end of the quarter first , and wins the money.
Doesn't matter if the other car is going 128 or 158 mph, the first car to that point wins.
I never really got into the honk three times , go from a roll thing. We never did it out here in California like that. Even when I was in Chicago in 1991 - 1993 , we didn't do it like that. I have always had all wheel drive cars, so I want to go from the dig.
