quick wiring help question...

hi, i have a 89 240sx. i was just wondering, how come theres no power running through the 12v constant(red /w black stripe) on the radio harness? what would that mean? i checked the radio fuse and the audio fuse under the dash already. the 12v ignition wire seems to get power. any help would be great. thanks

Have you checked the ground? Perhaps your ground isn't attached properly and thats why your deck isn't turning on.
