Quick question: Will these fit?

18"s+40mm offset5-114 bolt pattern225/45-18 tire size

Also would it be a problem if I decided to lower my car?...thanks in advance

Yes they will fit according to the stats you gave. Lowering shouldn't be a problem either.

I currently have 18x8.5 with a +45 offset and sits flushed.
