quick transmission swap question

well i installed the transmission the other day on my S14. i just bypassed to start the car and thats it. i did cut all the wires from the old AT harness and then realized that i need a speed sensor so i rewired the speed sensor but now i noticed that my speedo reads wrong, twice as much i think. do i need to put the automatic gear to the 5spd speedo sensor?

also, i was looking at an install one guy did and he ran the 5th sensor and the neautral sensor from the transmission to the ECU but i am not sure if that was on an auto ECU and will that work? i ran my reverse lights from the engine bay but when we were installing the transmission we accidently ripped off the reverse sensor so i am gonna have to get another one.

thats what i used but he says he used a manual ecu, so i wastn sure
