quick tire question

is it ok to put 245/45R17 tires on 350Z 17x7 alloys? rears only. OE size is 235/50R17. I want to go wider and lower.

Not likely. You can search the specs of different tire models and see if any are rated for a 7" wheel. There are too many for me to look through.
