wondering if a t3 with 48 cold side and 42 hot side too small for a ka?keep in mind its for a d/d car that see's hard miles I had a t25 from an sr and loved the fast spool...

so is this turbo going to keep the quick response?

I don't know too much about turbos, but I know you'll see later spool. I have a .68 a/r hot side and it spools at around 3.2K or so, but I like that for street driving. It keeps everything a little more quiet and the BOV doesn't go off...

It's definately going to be faster top-end then a T25...

No problem for the quick response. I post what little I know, heh.

I know that a T3 is bigger so it takes more air to spool = more time. I'm also basing my facts off my own personal experience which is only with a bigger hot side a/r.

It might not be the perfect size for a KA, but for street and light track use, it'll be a a higher top end then a T25, espcially a busted one. It just might not spool as quick, but ~3K or so I assume?

Basically the same turbo as the RB20 has, should be near instant boost and good to about 14psi max.
