quick ?
my frined just did his KA-T and we ran, to see who was faster, but when we stopped, a knocking sound was sounding on top of the valve cover, and it would go away, and come back , but the car idle good, and it sounded like a miss fire, but then it would go back to normal, and it would knock, so wat can it be,i can't find out wat it might be,

check your injector clips and your timing. just a guess but could be. also check your oil level the rocker arms may be low on oil. also check plug wires and make sure plugs are tight.

he was fast after i hit my speed limit at 120, and he kept going, but i hang with him all the way, but now the car is running good for some reason,

Wrong. SOHC KA's have rocker arms and rocker shafts.DOHC KA's have cam on bucket.sdwyzs14 wrote:ka's dont have rocker arms they have cam on bucket. so that is out.
