quick suspension question

im looking for the best spring shock strut combo that has the best response and thats not 800+. if that was the case i would just go coilovers. whats the best?

koni yellow with rsr wprings(forget which ones) are probably one of the best but they end up being the same as cheaper coilovers.

a cheaper setup would be kyb agx with maybe stechs for rsr's.
