Quick SR Questions. Help

1. At what torque do I attach Starter motor? How many lbs?2. There is a black grime inside my intake manifold-is this from my blown turbo? How do i clean it?3. How hard is it to replace the stock turbo with the engine in the car?4. Is it okay to disconnect the recirculating hose off of the stock recirculating valve?
