quick seatbelt question please

hello! i removed my driver's side seatbelt and put a harness. now i am attempting to put my seatbelt back, but the strap has rolled too much in and it wont pull out and extend to length anymore, what can i do to remedy this?

Yikes. Belt retractors aren't really anything to mess with. If steady, gentle pulling won't get it, you might ask your dealer if they'll cover it under safety warranty. You might leave out the part about the harness.
