Quick SAFC Question (Already Searched)

Hey just a quick question, im running a redtop sr20det with a z32 maf, enthalpy tune, and the safc just for a little fine tuning. My question is my ecu is tuned for the z32 maf so do i need to set the safc up for the z32 maf (2 in 2 out) ... or do i set it up to run the stock sr20det maf (5in 5out) ?
