quick S14 transmission - problem

Hi have a s14, and when i drive it i is hard to do quick gear shifting... i must acc clutch in, wait,gear in a upper position, clutch release, otherwise thee are comming some biteing sounds, most in 2rd,3rd and 4rd

What can it be, my syncro rings or should i just buy that kit:

or should i go for a syncro kit also, when where can i buy it and is it hard to replace for an non automechanic...?

is most likely your syncros....i wouldnt recommend tryn to rebuild it your self if you havent ever taken a transmission apart

i have taken a transmission apart, but that was in school... its about 6 years ago, but i have a friend that is mechanic...

Whare can i buy the syncro`s and is it a kit or single synros`s

Is it a good ide to install the master kit anyways?
