Quick S13 - S14 KA parts interchange question

I have done PLENTY of research (which is the reason why I haven't posted on here for months, I've just been lingering), so please don't tell me to search...

My KA build is well underway - I have a '96 block and crank with Arias pistons on OEM rods that I will be dropping off at the machine shop this weekend to have checked out, bored, and assembled. KA-T, here I come

Now my question - I know you can put an S13 KA head on an S14 block and so on, but can I use the oil pan, pickup, timing parts and so on off my S13 KA on the S14 block? All the timing parts were just replaced less than 20,000 miles ago, so I would like to be able to use them over. Im pretty sure I've seen this question answered before and I apologize for asking it again, but I searched through so many posts trying to find an answer and couldn't come up with anything.

i've used an S13 block with S14 head(and viceversa) with either S13 or S14 timing and its fine.
