1:will a 4 point cage for 240sx coupes work on a vert with slight modification of that metal peice where the rear seat belts go of course but will it all bolt up and will the top still work?

2:any suggestions on places to get a new top? any people have hard tops?

3:where to get that bolt on cover for when the top is down? anyone got one for sale?

4:tach and speedo dont work after 5 speed swap; will these work after I get a 5 speed ecu?

thats all I got for now but I guarantee there will be more. Thanks again and glad to be here

I dunno the answer to the roll cage....

The top you can get from a guy on ebay, just look up "240sx convertible" and the guy's name is "Car Top Guy" or something like that.

The boot is what you are talkin about, good luck tryin to get one of those for a good price...

I just did my swap, got everything done, and my tach and speedo both work, did you use the speed sensor out of the auto transmission??

Yeah, my speedo and tach worked just fine. You don't need a new ECU, you just need to retrace your steps and see if something didn't get plugged back in...

4 PT Roll cage...Ok, i have one, i just went outside to take pics but it was to dark. It will fit however i would advise you make it a 6pt rearsection. What i did was get an autopower main hoop, request it half an inch narrower, it should cost about 70 bucks for the main hoop. Figure out if you want a diaganol bar and harness bar. I got both. Weld that togetehr with the plate s on the bottom. The rear section. .. ok waht i did here was make an x-brace from the top to the side of the wheel well to eliminate as much flex without adding tons of weight. then you cut two holse to gdet the bars to access the shock tower in the rear. Bring them from the main hoop straight back to the shock towers. then weld the plates and weld them in. cost me 250 bucks total and i welded it myself.
