quick release questions,need help

what are these two aluminum like washer/spacers for?
and these two extra green and yellow wires? i really dont know what are those for can someone tell me.tnx

Those look like slip rings to me. You sandwich them together so you can transfer an electric signal between the stationary portion of the column and the wheel part. Each of those wires would fit their connector on the long piece you see on each ring.

the wires perfectly fits on the long piece but the wire is on the way if ill gonna put the hub. ive got the qc for more than a month and still havent installed it yet lol

i did the nrg on my civic.never used those rings.horn and everything work..i jus put em in a box for the last couple years lol.dnt need em

did u got nrg steering wheel? cuz my horn is hard to press,sometimes it getting stuck. im thinking those might be spacers so it will have clearance on the wire for horn,cuz if take the horn out its not hard to press. the connector wires perfectly fits the long piece of that ring tho,its just if u put the hub the wire will be on the way(just imagine it when u install)

yea i got a nrg wheel but i got a spoon replica horn button.i dnt like the nrg button but they all cheap. i jus swirled the wires and smooshed them in not the best fit but they dnt bother the button .its light as a feather but its also a different style from the original button..buttttt! i have the gen 2.0 with the slim hub
