Quick quetion about air bags

How much does it cost to have air bags reinstalled?driver side and the pass. side.and is it required by law to have both in working condition?

if you car came with them then you have to have them and it is against the law to remove them... they are very expensive to get from what i have seen.. but i happen to have them if you need some

I have the stock steering wheel with the air bag intact if you want one.
