On the KA, the feed line is shorter and has the fuel filter, and the longer line is the return line (longer b/c it has to reach the FPR outlet, whereas the feed line only has to get to the bottom of the fuel filter on the passenger side strut tower.
If you're really not certian, just put both lines in a bucket and have a buddy jumper your fuel pump really quick. Whichever one squirts fuel is the feed line and goes to the filter. The one that isnt squirting fuel is the return line and goes to the FPR's outlet on the side of the fuel rail.
BTW that ^ method is potentially dangerous. Turn off all electrical devices, no smoking, and have a fire extinguisher on hand. Doing it outside is probably better as well.
