I've worked on several automatics but this manual thing is new to me. I'm reinstalling the clutch and my question is the hump on the clucht disk, does it face the engine or transmission?

the thicker side needs to face the pressure plate (away from the engine)

Well, I've got the clutch installed. I have one more question though, is there a certain tool you use to get the drain plug and filler plug for the M/T out? It looks like I could use a 1/2 in. socket extension. I'm going to try this but is there something else I should be using?
