Quick Question

Here's a pretty stupid question but i wanted some clarification before i did anything.
Will my alarm reset if i take off the battery and connect it back? I have a original alarm that came with the car

The trip computer and radio will reset but that's pretty much it no drastic changes will happen

also the auto up/down on the windows. just roll them down half way and then roll them all the way up and hold the buttons for 3 sec (or 5 sec) and then it re-enables them.
