Hi guys...

I'm about to pick up a 2004 Murano and i had a few questions first.... and this has got to be the best place to go!!

It will be my wife's car, as she loves this crossover for some reason. Its a friend of her co-workers and has been trying to sell if for 4 to 5 months now. It has a clean car fax... minus one little fender bender with a rock (chick that was driving it ran over a good sized rock dropped out of the back of a dump truck in front of her.) It has 70k on it, AWD, not sure if its a SL or SE but it has leather and heated seats. I planed going to look at it this weekend, and i wanted to know what to look for. Any problems with the AWD system? and whats the average one going for now a days... they are asking 15k~ were gonna offer them 11k due to the fact its been sitting, they most likely want to move it quick, and the accident.

Thanks for any and all input!!! :bigthumb:

There really is not anything you should be concerned about, just the usual, I would ask for the maintenance records. If the transmission fluid was replaced, make 100% sure that it was replaced with the Nissan CVT fluid ONLY! I do feel 15k is a little high, 11k is a fair price. Just my opinion, be sure to check KBB and Edmunds. Good luck, it is a very nice vehicle!
