quick question
quick question
i have a 95 s14 and i cant figure this prob out. its an auto and it idles fine but as soon as i put er in any gear it starts to run like s*** plus the pipe right before the cat it gets glowing red. anyone have an idea?

I dont know much about cars.That doesn't sound good. Maybe your cat is clogged. Could see if disconnecting it and turning the car on fixes the problem.

sounds like a clogged cat.. the only thing that confuses me a little is the fact that the pipe before the cat is red... everything i've personally seen before it was the cat itself glowing

My truck had a clogged cat and the header turned cherry red. Clogged cat for sure.

sometimes the inside of the pipe can collapse if it is a double layered pipe but your problem is a clogged cat.
