quick question.

i used to have my bov recirculated but then i wanted to be a cool kid so i took of the hose to make it louder. i recently put the hose back on i my car started acting really weird. i would go through gas like it was free, my fans stopped working and i would idle at like 2,000 rpm. i took the hose back off to see what would happen and everything went back to normal? why is this?

did you tune the car to compensate for an atmospheric BOV? if you did then you may need to retune it to a recirculated BOV, no idea about the fans though....
